While the general type approval aBG focuses on the national market, the <span style=\"color: #0069b4;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0069b4;\" href=\"https:\/\/lux-top-absturzsicherungen.de\/en\/knowledge\/european-technical-assessment-eta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ETA<\/a><\/strong><\/span> provides a basis for the use of construction types throughout the European Union. Construction products that are certified according to the ETA receive a <span style=\"color: #0069b4;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0069b4;\" href=\"https:\/\/lux-top-absturzsicherungen.de\/en\/knowledge\/ce-marking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CE marking<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and may be used in all member states. This means, for example, that a particular fa\u00e7ade system must prevent the passage of fire or smoke. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Durability and weather resistance<br \/><\/strong>Types of construction that are used outdoors must be resistant to weather influences such as rain, snow, wind and UV radiation.
