Things to know about fall protection on aerated concrete
Aerated concrete is relatively light and can still absorb large forces. This makes it a popular wall-building material.
Properties of aerated concrete
However, the material is also ideal for creating building ceilings and sloping solid roofs and solid flat roofs. Large-format, reinforced roof panels made of aerated concrete are used here. Thanks to its homogeneous material structure, aerated concrete offers a high degree of design freedom when planning and installing fall protection. LUX-top® has a versatile anchor point for aerated concrete elements in its range.
LUX-top® offers you the right fall protection for aerated concrete
The LUX-top® ASP EV 11 anchor point, made of stainless steel, was specially developed for use on ceiling elements made of aerated concrete. It is universally applicable and can be used as a single anchor point (EN 795 type A) or as an end or intermediate point in LUX-top® cable systems (EN 795 type C). The installation height can be subsequently adjusted using approved extensions.
