The LUX-top® QUICK-DOKU application is designed to simplify the process of documenting the installation of “anchor devices for attaching personal fall protection equipment”. This tool allows specialist fitters to document the installation of LUX-top® anchor devices simply and clearly.
The QUICK-DOKU app is intended for all specialist fitters who want to document their installation even more easily and efficiently by creating installation documentation that is legally compliant for the customer in just a few steps.
Anchor devices are considered components of personal fall protection equipment (PPE) and therefore require regular periodic inspection (once a year) by an expert in PPE. In order to be able to verify the correct attachment to the surface at a later date, the expert must have access to proper documentation. With this app, LUX-top® is responding to requirements within various new European regulations and recommendations (e.g. DGUV-I 201-056, ÖNorm B 3417 and DIN EN 795:2012), according to which it is necessary to document the attachment of anchor points and other anchorage devices (e.g. stainless steel cable systems according to DIN EN 795 type C) to the load-bearing substructure (e.g. reinforced concrete ceiling, wooden beam ceiling, steel structure, etc.) by means of a photo and other relevant information. This is necessary because the fastening level is normally under the insulation and waterproofing membrane after the roof has been completed and is therefore no longer visible.
The LUX-top® QUICK-DOKU enables the specialist fitter to record and evaluate all important installation data. The output is in PDF format and can therefore be handed over to the client immediately.
