Things to know about temporary fall protection

Temporary solutions are always used on a building when permanently installed fall protection systems are not available and safety still needs to be ensured on low-sloped roofs.

Properties of temporary guardrails

Temporary guardrails can be dismantled and removed from the roof after use. However, they often remain on the roof.
They are in no way inferior to permanently installed systems in terms of performance.

LUX-top® QUICKFIX - Removable anchor point for clamping to steel components
LUX-top® QUICKFIX II - Removable anchor point for clamping to steel components

LUX-top offers you the right temporary fall protection

With the temporary anchor point LUX-top® mobilEwhich consists of transportable individual components and is only used on the roof when it is really needed, LUX-top® has a convincing solution for temporary use in its range. After the roof work, the components of the anchor point are separated and removed from the roof piece by piece.

The side protection system LUX-top® G-T QUICK does not require roof penetration and can also be used temporarily on roofs. It also offers the advantage that people on the roof do not have to be secured individually, which has a positive effect on work processes. Once the roof work has been completed or a temporary escape route is no longer required, the components of the side protection system are separated again and removed from the roof in individual parts.
However, they often remain on the roof as a permanent solution.
