YOUR TASKS

  • Telephone consultation and support for commercial and industrial customers

  • Support for the Field Sales Team

  • Maintaining sales- and customer-related information
    in the CRM
  • Quote Tracking

  • Complaint Handling

  • Trade show attendance (staffing the booth at
    ; 1–2 trade shows per year)

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

Business or technical training

A strong passion for sales and interacting with people

Experience working with an ERP system and Microsoft Office

Working independently and in an organized manner

Excellent knowledge of German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
