Our industrial clerk apprenticeship offers you a practical, dual training program that perfectly combines theory and practice. The school-based part of the training takes place in Germany, while the practical part is completed with us in Luxembourg. This allows you to benefit from unique cross-border training that gives you valuable insights into the diverse departments and processes of our company.
The apprenticeship lasts three years, but can be shortened to two years if you perform very well. Upon successful completion, you will receive a recognized qualification from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which will open up exciting prospects for the future.
At our company, you will work in all relevant departments, from HR and marketing to sales, accounting, product management, shipping and purchasing. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of all commercial and business processes and gain a sound understanding of operational relationships.
Throughout your training, you will be supported by experienced trainers and specialist contacts who will guide you along the way. They are experts in their field and know all about promoting young talent. The comprehensive training gives you the opportunity to discover your strengths and interests and to develop in an area that inspires you.

FAQ: Frequently asked questions about training at LUX-topĀ®
Can I work in Luxembourg and go to school in Germany?
Yes, with us you will do a cross-border apprenticeship. This means that you will gain your practical experience during your training with us in Beyren (Luxembourg), while you complete your theoretical knowledge and your final examination at the vocational school in Trier (Germany).
Can I shorten my training?
Yes, in principle you can shorten your apprenticeship. However, this depends on your school and company performance, as well as the assessment of your teachers and your trainer. We will determine this together at the start of your apprenticeship.
Is there a chance of being taken on after the apprenticeship?
Yes, as you will have a great deal of specialist knowledge at the end of your apprenticeship and know our company processes very well, there is the possibility of being taken on by us. If you have completed your training satisfactorily and you can identify with the values of our company, we will always do our best to create a suitable position for you.
