LUX-topĀ® FSA 2010-H rail safety system in combination with the LUX-topĀ® SD-Z II bracket
An innovative safety solution that is in tune with the times – that’s what the LUX-topĀ® FSA 2010-H rail safety system in conjunction with the LUX-topĀ®holder SD – Z II.
In view of the increasing demand for photovoltaic systems, the experts at LUX-topĀ® present an innovative safety solution for photovoltaic systems on pitched roofs. This is because reliable fall protection is essential to protect workers, not only during the installation but also during the maintenance of photovoltaic systems. Thanks to the newly designed pitched roof bracket, the rail safety system can be flexibly mounted on a pitched roof.
The component thus supports the installation and maintenance of future-proof solar technology and at the same time contributes to the basis for sustainable energy generation. Safety for the user is tested and certified – both the rail safety system and the pitched roof bracket have general building authority approval (abZ-14.9-808) from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
LUX-topĀ® FALZ PLUS II DSF
The LUX-topĀ® FALZ PLUS II DSF is the first anchor point with general building authority approval abZ/aBG (Z-14.9-909) for clamp fastening on handcrafted double standing seam roofs on the German market.
Recently, the existing approval for fastening to zinc and stainless steel was extended to include aluminum, which is very frequently used in practice.
The single anchor point for attaching personal fall protection equipment (PPE) for up to 2 people on flat pitched roofs or pitched roofs is characterized in particular by its flexibility and ease of installation. It is attached directly to the flanged seam of the roof element with seam clamps; perforation of the water-bearing level is not necessary. It can also be used as a start, end or corner point and as an intermediate point in LUX-topĀ® FSE 2003 stainless steel cable systems in accordance with DIN EN 795 type C, optionally also with a rope guide that can be driven over. It can also be used in conjunction with temporary horizontal anchorage devices or temporary horizontally movable guides in accordance with DIN EN 795 type C.
LUX-topĀ® SDS-20
The LUX-top SDSĀ® is the first anchor point for fastening through sandwich roof elements into the load-bearing substructure with abZ/aBG. The further development is the LUX-topĀ® SDS – 20 for even narrower top chord widths from 20 mm – also with a building authority approval (abZ) from the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).
The LUX-topĀ® SDS-20 naturally meets the usual high LUX-top quality standards. As well as being quick and easy to install, the LUX-topĀ® SDS-20 is characterized by a multi-hole pattern suitable for all commercially available top chord spacings. It also enables simple installation, which can be carried out completely from above or on the roof and can be used as a single anchor point (EN 795 type A) or as an end or intermediate anchor in LUX-top stainless steel cable systems (DIN EN 795 type C).
The LUX-topĀ® SDS-20 is the first and so far only anchorage point on the German market to be approved by the building authorities (Z-14.9-896) with such a narrow top chord width.
LUX-topĀ® G-T DIREKT AT SWP
Our LUX-topĀ® G-T AT SWP is a tested and certified side protection system for direct installation on sandwich panel parapets.
Like all our AT railings, the system is height-adjustable and can therefore be aligned parallel to the wall cover. Thanks to the low installation height, it fits under many standard wall coverings without additional effort. In addition, our LUX-topĀ® G-T AT SWP can be powder-coated to match the color of the building project, so that the fall protection is in harmony with the aesthetics of the building!
Installation information:
– The predominantly pre-assembled, lightweight system components ensure fast, health-friendly installation
– The guardrail can already be used as side protection during the construction phase
– No penetration of the water-bearing level.
LUX-topĀ® G-T DIREKT MD
Our side protection system LUX-topĀ® G-T DIREKT MD is attached directly to the metal roof without penetrating the roof – simply by means of a clamp fastening. Made of weather-resistant aluminum and rustproof stainless steel, the railing can also be color-coated to perfectly match the design of your building project. Thanks to the short cantilever arms of only approx. 600 mm, it is still possible to maximize the roof area with photovoltaics.
Tested and certified in accordance with DIN EN 13374 Class A, the system meets all requirements and test procedures for side protection systems and also complies with the guidelines of DGUV-I 201-056 and ĆNORM B3417. Our side protection solutions are suitable for flat roofs and roofs with a pitch of up to 10Ā°. Thanks to pre-assembled system components, assembly is extremely efficient and uncomplicated – for quick and precise installation. In addition, the guardrail posts can be set up to a maximum distance of 2.50 meters.
LUX-topĀ® DLP
Skylight dome fall-through protection LUX-topĀ® DLP
With our LUX-topĀ® DLP is a type-tested fall-through protection for lighting elements and smoke and heat extraction systems, which is installed from below as a retrofit solution so that it is not necessary to open the element. This prevents possible leaks after opening and reclosing the dome!
Attaching the mesh below the skylight dome provides a further advantage, as in most cases there are no problems with the opening mechanism of smoke and heat extraction systems.
The product LUX-topĀ® DLP can be attached to trapezoidal steel profiles, wood and concrete, or to other sufficiently load-bearing substrates and can be installed quickly and easily in one piece using a pre-assembled frame.
